The project is characterised by an undulating roof made of 7 macro lattice girders with 90m clear span, supported by 2 sheet metal columns welded at the ends.
Metalsan constructed the imposing lattice girders, the columns and the structure of the neighbouring skating centre with a total of 650 tonnes of steel.
The size and non-repeatability of the elements, the varying surface treatments of the macro-beams, and the management of logistics made the project challenging Metalsan accepted the challenge and completed the project on time.
