For a major customer in the transport and special lifting sector, Metalsan built 3 lifting towers with a total weight of 375 tonnes.

The implementation

Each tower consists of an upper beam (64 tonnes), a lower beam (39 tonnes), intermediate diagonal beams and accessory structures (22 tonnes).
The 3 batches were manufactured in succession by carrying out the pre-assembly phase in the workshop for each individual tower.
The project was challenging both in terms of the overall dimensions of the structure and the welding required, but was completed to the full satisfaction of the customer.
